We don't set a fixed cut-off in advance, as it depends how busy we are that year — the golden rule is simply to order as early as you can, ideally well before Valentine's week. If you're leaving it late, call 01484 868539 and we'll always do our best to help, though our range is naturally more limited the closer it gets to the day itself.
Can flowers be delivered anonymously or as a surprise?
Yes — just let us know when you order and we'll leave your name off the card or word it however you'd like. We're used to arranging surprise deliveries and can liaise with a workplace or neighbour if you're not sure the recipient will be in.
Do you offer same-day delivery for Valentine's Day?
On Valentine's Day itself our round is normally fully booked in advance, so same-day requests can't always be guaranteed — call us on 01484 868539 and we'll let you know what's still possible. Ordering ahead is the best way to guarantee your flowers arrive on the day.
What gift add-ons can I include with my flowers?

How do I look after my Valentine's roses to make them last?
Re-cut the stems at an angle before putting them in water, remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline, and keep the vase topped up and away from direct heat or a fruit bowl, as ripening fruit ages flowers faster. Looked after well, a good rose bouquet should last a week to ten days.
