Questions customers ask
What's the last day I can order for Christmas delivery?
We don't set a fixed cut-off in advance, as it depends how busy we are that year — the golden rule is simply to order as early as you can. If you're leaving it late, call 01484 868539 and we'll always do our best to help, though wreaths and bulk or corporate orders need more notice than a standard bouquet.
What sizes do your Christmas wreaths come in?
Our fresh wreaths come in four sizes: 8 inch (£10.50), 10 inch (£20), 12 inch (£30) and 14 inch (£55). Our artificial wreaths come in 8 inch (£16.50) and 10 inch (£25). Let us know your door size and we'll recommend the right fit.
Should I choose a fresh or an artificial wreath?
Fresh wreaths are made from real foliage, so they have that classic Christmas look and scent and are at their best through the festive season. Artificial wreaths can be stored after Christmas and brought out again the following year. Both are handmade by us in Denby Dale.
Are your Christmas prices fixed?
Wreath prices are set by size. Hat boxes, centrepieces, troughs, pots and bouquets are shown as "from" prices, because the final price depends on the flowers and foliage chosen. We also make plenty more for Christmas than what's listed, including bespoke designs — call 01484 868539 to talk it through.
How do I look after my poinsettia?
Keep it somewhere bright but out of cold draughts and away from radiators, and water only when the compost feels dry a couple of centimetres down — poinsettias hate sitting in water. Looked after well, yours should stay colourful well into the new year.
